Sign up as a coach with your email address and confirm it.

Build your profile
Photo, bio, sports, levels, languages, base and travel areas, prices and weekly availability.

Upload your ID
For verification only. It’s stored privately and never shown on your profile.

Add payout details
The bank account your earnings are paid to after completed sessions.

Accept the terms and submit
Accept the coach terms, confirm you have the right to work and coach in the UAE, and submit your profile.

Get verified and go live
TNA reviews your profile, usually within 2 business days. Once approved, players can find and book you.

Every coach on TNA Play is reviewed by the TNA team before their profile goes live — no exceptions.
Before you go live, we check that
- Your ID matches the name on your profile.
- Your profile is complete, accurate and shows you.
- You’ve confirmed your right to work and coach in the UAE.
- You’ve accepted the coach terms, including conduct and safeguarding.
Your ID document is stored privately, used only for verification, and access to it is restricted. Reviews on your profile can only come from players who completed a booking with you.

What does verification involve?
Once your profile is complete, you upload your ID, add payout details, accept the coach terms and submit. The TNA team checks that your ID matches your profile and that everything is complete and accurate — usually within 2 business days. If something needs changing, we tell you exactly what, and you can update and resubmit.
How does TNA Play make money?
TNA Play takes a commission on completed bookings. Before you publish a price, you see exactly what you’ll receive for it. Players see your price (plus any court fee) — never your commission.
How and when do I get paid?
Players pay TNA Play online when they book. After a session is completed, your share is paid by bank transfer to the account in your payout details. Your dashboard lists every booking and payout.
Instant booking or request-to-book?
Your choice, and you can change it any time. With instant booking, players book your open slots and the booking is confirmed straight away. With request-to-book, you accept or decline each request — the player’s card is only held, and a request that’s declined or not accepted within 24 hours expires without the player being charged.
What happens if a player cancels?
If a player cancels 24 hours or more before the start, they get a full refund and the booking isn’t paid out. If they cancel later than that, they receive a 50% refund and you’re paid your share of the amount that isn’t refunded. If they cancel after the start or don’t show up, nothing is refunded and you’re paid your share as normal.
What if I need to cancel?
The player receives a full refund and that booking isn’t paid out. Please cancel only when it’s unavoidable and as early as possible — players are relying on the session.
Do I need my own court?
No. You can coach at a player’s own court in the areas you travel to, or at partner venues on TNA Play, where the court price is added to the player’s booking.
What do I need to coach in the UAE?
You coach on TNA Play as an independent coach, not an employee. You must have the right to work and coach in the UAE, and you’re responsible for your own permits or licences, taxes and insurance where required. Sessions with players you meet on TNA Play must be booked and paid through TNA Play.
