2.Examples
In plain words:
- Cancel 30 hours before the start → full refund
- Cancel 5 hours before the start → 50% refund
- Cancel after the session has started, or don’t show up → no refund
- Your coach or TNA Play cancels → full refund
- Your request isn’t accepted within 24 hours, or is declined → you’re never charged
3.How to cancel
Cancel from your account: open Bookings, choose the booking and select Cancel. We show the refund you’ll receive before you confirm, and email you a confirmation.
The 24 hours are counted back from the session’s start time. What counts is the moment you confirm the cancellation. Sessions that have already started can’t be cancelled online — message your coach or email hello@tnaplay.com.
To move a session to another time, cancel it and make a new booking. The cancellation follows the rules on this page.
4.Late cancellations
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start, you receive a 50% refund of the booking total. The amount that isn’t refunded pays the coach and venue for time they usually can’t rebook at short notice.
5.No-shows and late arrivals
If you don’t arrive and haven’t cancelled, the session isn’t refunded. Running late? Message your coach through your booking — the session still ends at its scheduled time.
6.Booking requests
Some coaches accept bookings by request. When you send a request, your card is only authorised (held) — you’re not charged.
- If the coach accepts, the payment is taken and the booking is confirmed. From then on, this policy applies.
- If the coach declines, or doesn’t accept within 24 hours (or before the session gets too close), the request expires and the hold is released. You are never charged.
- You can cancel a request before it’s accepted at no cost — the hold is released.
Depending on your bank, a released hold can take a few days to disappear from your statement.
7.If your coach or TNA Play cancels
If your coach cancels a confirmed session, or TNA Play has to cancel it, you receive a full refund of everything you paid. If your coach doesn’t turn up, contact us — once we’ve confirmed what happened, you receive a full refund.
8.Venue closures
If a partner venue has to close a court you’ve booked — for maintenance, an event or an emergency — the booking is cancelled and you receive a full refund.
9.How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. See our Refund Policy for details. Questions? Email hello@tnaplay.com — we reply within one business day.
10.For coaches and venues
Cancel only when it’s unavoidable, and as early as possible. Players are refunded in full when a coach or venue cancels, and that booking isn’t paid out. When a player cancels late, the coach and venue are paid their share of the amount that isn’t refunded.
