We’re onboarding tennis and padel venues across Dubai. Until they’re live, book a coach who comes to your own court.
Is the court really included?
Yes. When you book a coach at one of their partner venues, the court is added to the same booking as its own line next to the coach price. The total you see before paying is the total you pay.
Do I pay the venue separately?
No. You pay once, to TNA Play, and we settle the court with the venue. Your confirmation shows the venue, the court and the time — just arrive and play.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Within 24 hours, 50% of the total is refunded, because the coach and the court were held for you. The cancellation policy has the details.
What if my coach cancels?
You get a full refund of the booking total — coach and court.
What if my coach doesn’t accept my request?
Some coaches confirm each request themselves. Your card is only held until they respond: if the request is declined or not answered in time, the hold is released and you are never charged.
How is the court price calculated?
Courts are priced by the hour and each venue sets its own rates. Off-peak rates apply most of the day; peak rates apply to sessions starting 17:00–21:00 and all day Saturday and Sunday. Every venue page lists both prices.
Can I choose a specific venue?
Yes. Browse courts to find a venue you like and see the coaches who teach there — or start from a coach and pick one of their partner venues.
