Terms of Service

TNA Play — our website and booking services (the “platform”) — is operated by TNA Sports Corp, a California corporation in the United States (“TNA”, “we”, “us”). TNA Play provides its services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

These terms apply to everyone who uses the platform: players and guests (and parents or guardians booking for children), coaches, partner venues and event hosts. By creating an account, publishing a coach profile, listing a venue, hosting an event or making a booking, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.

TNA Play is a marketplace. We help players find, book and pay for sessions with independent coaches, courts at partner venues and tickets to events run by independent hosts — launching with Tennis & Padel. We are not a coaching provider, an academy or a venue operator, and we don’t employ the coaches listed on the platform.

• Coaches are independent coaches, not employees, workers or agents of TNA. They decide how they coach and are responsible for the sessions they deliver.
• Venues are independently owned and operated, and are responsible for their courts, facilities and house rules.
• Event hosts are independent organisers, responsible for the events they run, their permits and the safety of attendees.
• TNA Sports Corp is the merchant of record. When you book, you pay TNA the full price. We then pay the coach, the venue and the event host their share after the session or event.

Coaches, venues and hosts are independent and publish their own profiles, which go live automatically once complete. TNA does not check partners’ identity or qualifications before they go live, and does not guarantee any particular coaching result. Reviews come only from completed bookings, and you can report a profile to us at any time.

• You must be 18 or over to create an account. Parents and guardians can book sessions for children and remain responsible for them.
• Keep your details accurate and your password secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Confirm your email address — we use it for booking confirmations and important account messages.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the platform or put others at risk.

Before you pay, we show the coach price, any court price, any service fee, any discount and the total, in UAE dirhams (AED). Every total includes TNA Play’s booking fee (15% of the price), which is non-refundable (see Cancellations and refunds). Coaches choose how they take bookings:

• Instant booking: the booking is confirmed as soon as your payment succeeds.
• Request to book: you pay when you send the request. If the coach accepts, the booking is confirmed. If the coach declines, or doesn’t accept within 12 hours (or before the session gets too close), the request expires and everything you paid is refunded except TNA Play’s booking fee.

• Your own court: if a coach comes to your building, villa or community court, you’re responsible for reserving it, arranging access for the coach and making sure it’s safe to play on.
• Rescheduling: where the partner’s policy allows it, you can move a confirmed booking to another open time from your account. If the new time costs more you pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference is refunded.
• No-shows: if you don’t turn up, the coach, venue or host can report a no-show. You’re told straight away and can dispute it from your booking before it’s settled.
• Timing: please arrive on time. A session that starts late because of a late arrival still ends at its scheduled time.
• Children: for players under 18, a parent, guardian or nominated adult must be reachable during the session, and present where the coach or venue requires it.

You can book a court at a partner venue on its own, or together with a coach. Court prices can differ between off-peak and peak times; the price for your slot is shown before you pay.

At a partner venue, follow the venue’s rules on check-in, dress code, equipment and conduct. Court time starts and ends at the booked times.

Events — socials, clinics, camps, tournaments and other active experiences — are run by independent hosts. The host is the organiser of the event; TNA Play sells tickets on the host’s behalf as merchant of record.

• Each ticket has a QR code, shown in your account and your confirmation email. The host checks it at the door; a ticket can be used once.
• If the host asks attendees to accept a waiver or event rules, you’ll see it before you pay, and you accept it for everyone you buy tickets for.
• If an event is sold out, you can join its waitlist. When a spot opens, the next person in line is offered it for a limited time; the offer is only valid for the email it was sent to.
• If the host cancels an event, everyone is refunded everything except TNA Play’s booking fee. If the date, time or place changes, you’re told by email and can cancel within 72 hours of the notice for the same refund.
• Age, level and other entry requirements set by the host apply. Hosts or venues may refuse entry to anyone who doesn’t meet them or who puts others at risk, in line with the event’s cancellation policy.

• All prices are shown and charged in AED. You pay TNA Sports Corp (TNA Play) the full price in one payment.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never touch TNA’s servers.
• Any service fee is shown as its own line before you pay. Coach and venue commission is never added to the price you see.
• Promo codes can’t be exchanged for cash, can’t be transferred and may carry conditions shown when they’re issued.

Each coach, venue and event host chooses a cancellation policy from a fixed set, and the one that applies to your booking is shown before you pay and in your confirmation. Under the default policy, in short: you can cancel until 24 hours before the start for a full refund; if you cancel later than that, you receive a 50% refund; after the start, nothing is refunded. If a coach, venue, host or TNA cancels, or a request isn’t accepted, you’re refunded in full. In every case TNA Play’s booking fee (15% of the price) is non-refundable: refunds cover the rest of the price. A charge made twice or by mistake is refunded in full.

Independent status. Coaches use TNA Play as independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates employment, partnership or agency between a coach and TNA. Coaches are responsible for their own taxes, permits or licences, and insurance where required.

Prices and earnings. Coaches set their own prices and availability. TNA takes a commission (15% by default) on every booking when the customer pays; it isn’t refunded when a booking is declined or cancelled. Coaches see exactly what they will receive for a price before publishing it. Each coach’s share is released after completed sessions and paid by bank transfer on the payout schedule for their market (weekly in Dubai), to the bank account they provide. If a player cancels late, the coach is paid their share of the amount that isn’t refunded.

Going live. A coach’s profile goes live automatically once it is complete, and by publishing it the coach accepts these terms. Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, including qualifications, and for holding any permits their work requires. We may ask for changes, restrict or suspend a profile.

Coaches agree to:

• keep their profile, qualifications, experience and prices accurate and up to date;
• have the right to work and coach in the UAE, and hold any permit, licence or registration that requires;
• behave professionally and respectfully towards players, parents, venue staff and other coaches;
• follow safeguarding best practice when coaching children, and never be alone with a child in a way that puts them at risk;
• carry their own professional insurance where required by law or by a venue;
• turn up on time, prepared, and deliver confirmed sessions safely;
• keep their weekly availability and time off up to date, so players can only book times the coach can actually coach;
• respond to booking requests promptly, and cancel only when it’s unavoidable and as early as possible — when a coach cancels, the player is refunded (except TNA Play’s booking fee) and no payout is made for that session, and repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to suspension;
• take payment for sessions with players met through TNA Play only through TNA Play.

Partner venues are independent businesses that list their courts on TNA Play. TNA takes a commission on every booking when the customer pays, shown to the venue before it publishes a price. Each venue’s share is released after completed bookings and paid by bank transfer on the payout schedule for its market (weekly in Dubai), to the bank account it provides. A venue goes live automatically once its profile is complete, and by publishing it the venue accepts these terms.

Partner venues agree to:

• keep court details, opening hours, prices and facilities accurate;
• maintain courts and facilities in a safe condition;
• honour confirmed bookings, and tell us immediately if a court has to close so affected players can be refunded;
• tell us whether visiting coaches may teach on their courts, and any rules that apply.

Independent organisers. Hosts use TNA Play as independent organisers. Nothing in these terms makes TNA the organiser of a host’s event or creates employment, partnership or agency between a host and TNA.

Permits and compliance. Hosts are responsible for every permit, licence, approval, no-objection certificate and insurance their event needs where it takes place — in Dubai, including those required by the Department of Economy and Tourism where they apply. Events publish without TNA reviewing permits or approvals, which remain the host’s responsibility. We may pause, unpublish or cancel an event if we learn it lacks something it legally needs.

Prices and earnings. Hosts set ticket prices, capacity and sales windows. TNA takes a commission on ticket sales, shown before the host publishes. The host’s share is released after the event and paid by bank transfer on the payout schedule for their market (weekly in Dubai), to the bank account they provide. If a host cancels, every attendee is refunded (except TNA Play’s booking fee) and no payout is made for that event.

Hosts agree to:

• describe their events accurately, including the date, time, place, level, age limits and what’s included;
• run events safely, with suitable supervision, first aid and, for children, safeguarding measures;
• tell attendees and TNA promptly about any change or cancellation, and never cancel without a genuine reason;
• honour every valid ticket, and sell tickets for events published on TNA Play only through TNA Play;
• use attendee details only to run the event and to send messages about it through the platform.

Only players who completed a booking can review the coach, venue or event host they booked, once per booking. Reviews must be honest, relevant and respectful. Coaches, venues and hosts may reply publicly.

We moderate reviews and may hide ones that are abusive, discriminatory, misleading, include personal information or are unrelated to the session. We don’t edit reviews to change their meaning, and we don’t allow reviews to be bought, traded or written by anyone with a conflict of interest.

By posting a review or profile content, you allow us to display it on the platform and in marketing about TNA Play.

• Taking bookings, or payments for sessions, off the platform to avoid TNA Play’s fees when the player or coach was found through TNA Play.
• Sharing or asking for phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles or other contact details to arrange bookings outside TNA Play. Contact details in profiles, listings, reviews and booking messages are hidden automatically. Coaches, venues and hosts see a customer’s contact details only once that customer’s booking is paid. Customers who need help contact TNA Play support, not the coach, venue or host directly.
• Creating fake accounts, profiles or reviews, or misrepresenting qualifications or experience.
• Harassing, threatening or discriminating against anyone.
• Using the platform for anything unlawful or fraudulent, including payment fraud or abusive chargebacks.
• Copying, scraping or reselling platform content, or interfering with the platform’s security or operation.

Tennis, padel and the other activities on TNA Play are physical, with an inherent risk of injury. By booking, you accept that risk, confirm you are fit to take part, and agree to tell your coach or host about any injury or medical condition that could affect your session or event. In hot weather, stay hydrated and consider early-morning, evening or indoor sessions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• the platform is provided “as is”, and we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free;
• coaches are responsible for the sessions they deliver, venues for their courts and facilities, and hosts for their events, and TNA is not liable for their acts or omissions;
• we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control;
• our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid TNA for that booking.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these terms as the platform develops. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, tell you by email or on the platform before they take effect. Bookings already confirmed stay under the terms in place when you booked.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute can’t be resolved with our support team first, it will be heard by the courts located in California.

If you use TNA Play as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live — including in the UAE — may still apply and give you rights that these terms can’t take away.
