    One-to-one on the things group play never fixes: grip, positioning, the walls and the bandeja.

Padel coaching, answered.

How long does it take to learn padel?

Most beginners rally in their first session and play points by the second. A handful of coached sessions makes you comfortable in social games; a structured programme over several weeks takes you to a confident intermediate level.

Do I need a partner to book a padel lesson?

No. Private sessions are one-to-one with the coach. For the doubles experience, book a semi-private or group session where the coach offers one.

Is the court included?

It can be. Choose "Find me a court" or train at the coach's venue: padel courts currently start at AED 150 per hour, and coach plus court is shown as one total before you pay.

When is the best time to play padel in Dubai?

October to April, at any time of day. In summer, go early in the morning, after 7pm, or indoors — filter courts by Indoor to find air-conditioned venues.
