What does verification involve?

In Dubai, coaches complete identity, payout account, partner terms, right to work checks. They run automatically; if something needs fixing, your dashboard tells you exactly what. You go live the moment every check passes and your profile is complete.

How does TNA Play make money?

TNA Play keeps a commission on completed bookings. Before you publish a price, your dashboard shows exactly what you'll receive. Customers see your price (plus any court) — never your commission.

How and when do I get paid?

Customers pay TNA Play online when they book. Your earnings are released after the session and paid out automatically — weekly, twice a month or monthly, as you choose. Your dashboard lists every booking, balance and payout.

Instant booking or request-to-book?

Your choice, and you can change it any time. With request-to-book, the customer's card is only held; a request you don't accept within 12 hours expires without the customer being charged.

What happens if a customer cancels?

You choose a cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate or Strict). Refunds within it are automatic, and when a customer cancels late you're paid your share of the amount that isn't refunded.

Do I need my own court?

No. You can coach at a customer's own court in the areas you travel to, at your home venue, or at partner venues — with Coach + Court the court is added to the same booking.

Are my certifications shown?

Only once they are verified. Unverified claims never appear on your profile.

What do I need to coach in the UAE?

You coach on TNA Play as an independent coach, not an employee. You must have the right to work and coach in the UAE and are responsible for your own permits, taxes and insurance where required. Sessions with customers you meet on TNA Play must be booked and paid through TNA Play.
