What does it cost to list our venue?
Listing is free. TNA Play keeps a commission on completed bookings made through the platform; your dashboard shows exactly what you receive for each price before you publish. Customers see your court price — never the commission.
Who sets our prices and hours?
You do: a base hourly price per court, peak, off-peak, weekend or seasonal rules, bookable durations, opening hours and blocked times. Changes publish instantly.
How long until we're live?
As soon as business details, payout account, partner terms checks pass and at least one court is set up. The checks are automated — there's no approval queue.
Can coaches teach at our venue?
Only if you allow it. When coaching is allowed, coaches can offer Coach + Court sessions at your venue and the court price is added to the customer's booking.
Can our team manage it?
Yes. Invite owners, managers and staff with the right access, and sync your existing calendar so outside bookings block the same courts.
What happens if we need to close a court?
Block the time in your dashboard as early as you can. If a confirmed booking is affected, the customer receives a full refund automatically.
