Cancellations

Choose your cancellation policy.

Pick Flexible, Moderate or Strict. Refunds within the policy are automatic, and when a customer cancels late you're paid your share of what isn't refunded.

What can I host?

Anything active people book a place at — for example tennis social, padel social, tournament, clinic, camp, group lesson. We're launching with Tennis & Padel, with fitness, wellness and active experiences following.

How long until my event is live?

Your host account goes live once the automated checks pass. Each event then publishes automatically when the requirements for its type and location are met — your dashboard lists anything still missing.

What does it cost?

Creating events is free. TNA Play keeps a commission on tickets sold; the rate for guests who find you on TNA Play can differ from tickets sold through your own link. You see what you receive per ticket before you publish.

Can I run free events?

Yes. Free events use the same tickets, waitlists and check-in, with no payment step for guests.

What if an event is cancelled?

If you cancel, every guest is refunded automatically. When a guest cancels, the event's cancellation policy applies and freed spots go to the waitlist.

When do I get paid?

After the event, automatically — weekly, twice a month or monthly, as you choose.
