What to know.

01

Your first four sessions

Session one: grip, stance and rallying from the service line. Sessions two to four: forehand, backhand, serve and simple points. Many beginners can play a short set within a month.

02

Private or group?

Private sessions progress fastest. Groups of two to four cost less per person and add the social side. Many beginners combine both.
